VI.Building The Next Generation

The standard I care about mostis the one I will not be here to enforce.

A discipline endures only if it is taught.

Years of Study. Seconds of Certainty.

i.The Long Practice

Taught the way a craftsperson learns their own work.

One authenticator can examine only so many objects. One generation, properly trained, can transform an entire industry.

Through certification programmes, private mentorship and slow, patient teaching, I hand younger authenticators the same tools I was given: a magnifier, a discipline, and the willingness to say plainly what is not yet known.

Knowledge Shared Is Trust Multiplied.

ii.Keynotes & Programmes

Standards spoken plainly, in every room that will hear them.

Keynotes to industry gatherings. Certification programmes for authenticators and appraisers. Private briefings for compliance and enforcement teams across Southeast Asia.

Education is how the promise outlives the practitioner, and how the next report, written years from now by a student I may never meet, will still hold the line.
